What is CLEDocket?
CLEDocket is a compliance system for attorneys. It helps users track completed CLE courses, organize credit by category, monitor deadlines, and understand where they stand for each reporting period.
The goal is simple: make CLE compliance more organized, more visible, and easier to manage.
How does CLEDocket help me comply with CLE requirements?
CLEDocket helps by turning CLE compliance into a clear workflow. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, emails, or memory, users can keep their CLE information in one place and review their status at any time.
Depending on the jurisdiction, CLEDocket helps users:
- log CLE courses and credit hours,
- separate general and specialty credit,
- track reporting periods and deadlines,
- review hours completed and hours remaining, and
- spot potential gaps before reporting deadlines arrive.
Who is CLEDocket for?
CLEDocket is designed for attorneys who want a more structured and dependable way to manage CLE compliance.
It is especially useful for attorneys who:
- practice in one or more jurisdictions,
- want clearer visibility into deadlines and requirements,
- prefer a simple, organized compliance workflow, or
- do not want to wait until the end of a reporting period to find out what is missing.
Is CLEDocket easy to use?
Yes. CLEDocket is intended to be straightforward.
Most users will follow a simple process:
- set up their account,
- add one or more jurisdictions,
- log completed CLE courses, and
- review their dashboard for current status and remaining requirements.
The system is designed to reduce confusion, not add to it.
Does CLEDocket support my jurisdiction?
CLEDocket is being rolled out with a growing list of covered jurisdictions. Please refer to the Home Page for the current list of jurisdictions supported by the system.
Support may expand over time as the platform develops.
What can I track in CLEDocket?
CLEDocket is designed to help users track the information that matters for CLE compliance, including:
- course title and provider,
- date completed,
- total credit hours,
- general credit and specialty credit allocations,
- participatory or self-study format, and
- jurisdiction-specific reporting information.
How do I know what requirements I still need to complete?
CLEDocket presents compliance information in a structured format so users can quickly see:
- the reporting period at issue,
- completed hours,
- remaining general or specialty requirements, and
- the applicable reporting deadline.
The purpose is to help users answer two practical questions at a glance: Where do I stand now? and What do I still need to do?
Can I rely on CLEDocket for my compliance?
CLEDocket is designed to help attorneys manage and understand CLE compliance in a more organized way, but each attorney remains responsible for reviewing their own records and ensuring compliance with the rules that apply to them.
CLEDocket is a compliance system and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for an attorney’s independent responsibility to comply with applicable CLE requirements and reporting obligations.
Is CLEDocket still in beta?
Yes. CLEDocket is currently being rolled out in beta.
That means the system is intended to be functional and useful now, but users may still encounter incomplete features, issues, or other limitations as the platform develops and improves.
During beta, user feedback is especially valuable. At the same time, attorneys are ultimately responsible for ensuring their own compliance, regardless of what tools they use.
How much does CLEDocket cost?
At this stage, CLEDocket is available at no charge during beta.
As the platform develops, reasonable pricing is anticipated for individual users, and firm-sponsored options are also expected to become available.
Any future pricing structure will be presented clearly before paid access is required.
Will CLEDocket offer law firm features?
Yes. Firm-related services are planned for a future phase of the platform.
The goal is to offer tools that help firms support attorney compliance more efficiently, including shared resources and broader compliance visibility, while preserving appropriate user control over personal records and reporting information.
Additional firm features are coming soon.
Why use CLEDocket instead of tracking CLE manually?
Manual CLE tracking often becomes fragmented. Records may be spread across emails, PDFs, notes, calendars, spreadsheets, or course provider websites.
CLEDocket gives attorneys a single compliance system that is designed to make the process simpler, clearer, and easier to monitor over time.
For many users, the value is not just saving time. It is having a more reliable way to understand compliance status before deadlines become urgent.
